I can't sleep. This has actually been going on for a while. It's been four years, can you believe that? (Four years since when?) Since I had my last, um, relationship. Well... fine, "in real life" relationship. Face to face, as it were. I've had this online relationship, first it was a friendship, then we flirted with being a couple, then she broke up with me, and now we're friends again. Thing is, and this has probably been what's keeping me awake at night: I still love her. Yeah, sad ...

Meh. I'm having a moment. Bear with me. Attitude check: not feeling too happy, why I don't know, maybe it's because I miss her, again. Who's her you ask? The one that got away. Twice. I thought we were friends but now she's just disappeared. Without saying anything. I could, but I probably shouldn't, e-mail her. It's been a few weeks since we talked. We didn't fight or anything. She mentioned her boyfriend and her got in a wreck, and that he wanted her to move with him to California. I ...

I'm a musician. Not a professional one, mind you. I don't have any CDs out. Mainly, I play the Piano. I also sing, but not publically (usually). I can get away with playing the Bass, but hand me a guitar and I only know a few Chords. I can fake the drums. Sometimes. On Tuesday. When it's raining. And the moon is full. Get the drift? I love basically all music. Now many people claim this and don't really mean it, so I'll cover the various musical genres. This is not an all inclusive ...

NOTE: Contains SPOILERS. Don't read if you haven't seen the movie (and don't want me to ruin it for you). Don't let the title fool you. Gwenyth Paltrow is the heroine of this movie. Why do I say this? Jude Law's "Sky Captain" (nee Joe Sullivan) is much like Han Solo: he's the likeable, roguish sort who lights up the screen and makes us root for the good guys. Gwenyth Paltrow's "Polly Perkins" is whose story we follow, though. She's a reporter investigating a plot to kidnap the world's t...

I've got a confession to make. I'm in love with Sarah Michelle Gellar. Well, maybe not "with" per se because it's very much unrequieted at this moment. That is to say that I firmly doubt Sarah Michelle Gellar returns my feelings of amorous infatuation. Whatever. To make a long story short: I think she's frikkin' hot. What? Don't look at me that way. This is not why I went to see "The Grudge," though. I went to see "The Grudge" because, well, the previews looked interesting. I...

"I've been guilty, to a certain degree, of attacking other people's opinions." How many people here can NOT raise their hand to this statement? I'm guilty. I'll admit it. You may not like to admit it, but it doesn't make it not true. My question is: why is it we so quickly shut out anything that doesn't agree with our own point of view? I did that. I wouldn't read it if I didn't agree with it. But then I forced myself to read it and found myself understanding where the person was...

I already introduced myself, so I'll get on with the business of my life. Not much that I can say really. I've never been married. Never had any kids. Had a few jobs. Been in love. Right now I'm currently trapped in the inner circle of thought. Meaning I'm at a "fork" in the road of my life, and I'm having to decide which direction to go. Something I wrote on April 8, the day my dad died: This one's for you, Dad... What can I say now that you're gone? I should've spoke those words.....

Current game-related observations: Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell 3 (Chaos Theory) Delayed to March 2005. I'm not surprised, frankly. I am actually happy over this decision, because I was thinking "isn't November a little too soon?" I'm sure Ubisoft knows what they're doing (I own several of their titles, and no, I don't work for them). Evil Genius. It'll tide me over until someone, somewhere releases Dungeon Keeper 3 (I know, I can hear it already: "let it go!") Cowboy Bebop PS2 out O...

I don't get it. I'm a nice guy. Well, maybe that's the problem. A friend of mine once told me "you need to be more like a cowboy." I don't know. I thrive on humor. I try to undersand and accept people. I do, however, have some typical guy moments. I watch sports. I drink beer. I listen to loud rock music. I tend to be attracted to, um, certain features of a woman's anatomy. What's wrong with me? I couldn't tell ya. I have this tendency to second-guess myself, to remain quiet, and ...

Hello, my name is Craig, and I'm an angry American. I spoke out recently in another article, citing a quote from The Daily Mirror. It was a long article. Don't bother to read it. First of all, I've already been around here, posting, albeit through the Political Machine forums. I just got this blog after debating endlessly whether I should get one and decided why not. Secondly, I think I've realized, especially lately, that I've been guilty in some ways of what might be considered "t...
